Team-based role with opportunities to supervise others, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a fast-growing MSO. Compensation includes a commission/flag rate with a posted pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience using a frame machine and performing body repairs.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to analyze measuring data and apply findings.
• Experience supervising repair personnel.
• Must pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Disassembles/reassembles parts to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
