Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead front and back-of-shop operations in Florida. You will drive throughput, ensure workmanship quality, and align with I-CAR standards for all repairs.

Responsibilities include labor scheduling, coordinating with technicians and estimators, and overseeing payroll. The role offers a competitive pay range reflecting its leadership scope and market demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision repair industry and insurance procedures.
• Ability to lead and collaborate to meet objectives.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs by managing front and back of shop and ensuring throughput and quality.
• Labor assignment and production management for teardown and paint prioritization.
• Support teammates during peak times by handling customer intake and estimates as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR standards, with accurate billing and PPE compliance.
• Oversee payroll and staffing, ensure timely punch-in/out and PTO handling.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Estimators, and Parts Managers.
