Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent WOW plan execution across the center.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel and daily production meetings.
• Uphold safety, dress code and quality standards for customers.
