Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and training as directed.
