• TEAM: Understand what motivates each team member and provide individualized coaching.

• TEAM: Use Caribou systems accurately to complete admin and operational tasks.
• GUEST: Lead the STAR guest service model on every shift, delivering outstanding experiences.
• GUEST: Drive improvements in guest satisfaction, service speed, and loyalty using feedback and data.
• GUEST: Ensure beverages and food meet SOP and brand standards.
• GUEST: Read guests and dayparts to anticipate demand and prepare for peak.
• GUEST: Manage guest experiences across in-store, drive-thru, mobile, and delivery channels.
• BUSINESS: Own performance by driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• BUSINESS: Maintain presence across hours, inventories, promotions, and holidays.
• BUSINESS: Ensure open, staffed operations during business hours and provide support when needed.
• BUSINESS: Manage inventory, waste, and assets to minimize loss and enable continuous ops.
• BUSINESS: Apply P&L management and safeguard company resources.
• BUSINESS: Focus on top-line sales while controlling labor, COGS, and waste.
