Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a General Manager to lead the coffeehouse team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across all channels, including in-store, drive-thru, and delivery.

You will oversee staffing, coaching, and development, maintain brand standards, and manage P&L while upholding Caribou’s core values of teamwork, hospitality, and accountability. Compensation reflects hourly leadership responsibilities with progressive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work full‑time (40–47 hours per week) with overtime.
• ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling across all shifts to meet business needs.
• Coach and develop the team and drive the guest experience.
• Manage inventory, cash controls, and loss prevention.
• Lead local marketing efforts and drive sales growth.
