Job summary

Snooze Overland Park in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and deliver the Snooze Guest experience. You’ll supervise shifts, coach Snoozers, and ensure high standards of food and service.

This entry-level leadership role is ideal for someone stepping up from a Supervisor or similar role. You’ll earn a $55k-$65k salary with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, opportunity for development, and the chance to grow with our expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of restaurant-related experience in an hourly or managerial position.
• Excellent basic math skills and can operate a Point of Sale system and conduct basic cash management.
• Leaders amongst their team and have experience in elevated roles as either a Supervisor or Manager.
• Willing to obtain food safety certifications or become certified.
• Able to work 45 to 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy shifts and support both Front of House and Heart of House operations.
• Coach and develop Snoozers, monitor shift flow and guest experience.
• Maintain policy adherence, safety, and sanitation across all shifts.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, or hiring as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation per Snooze policies.
• Open and close the restaurant following set procedures.
