You'll recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage front office, housekeeping, and operations, work with revenue, sales, and community partners, and establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

NOW HIRING: General Manager

Crestpoint Companies is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced, motivatedHotel General Managerto lead our brand-new Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Bardstown, KY, scheduled to open inJanuary 2027.

We're looking for a hands‑on hospitality leader who takes pride in developing great teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and delivering strong operational and financial results.

This is more than an opportunity to manage a hotel. It's a chance to help launch a new property, establish a winning culture, and play an important role in its long‑term success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the hotel's overall performance, including:

• Lead the hotel through its pre‑opening preparations and successful launch.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence, and Hilton brand compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Work closely with revenue management and sales teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Build relationships within the Bardstown community to help position the hotel for success.
• Foster a workplace culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Hilton or comparable select‑service hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop hospitality teams.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• A hands‑on leadership style and willingness to lead by example.
• Experience with hotel openings is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with Hilton systems and brand standards is preferred.
• Hospitality or business degree preferred; equivalent experience welcomed.
