The position includes temporary onsite housing and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading hotel operations and teams.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and spa/wellness.
• Monitor revenue targets, control costs, and prepare financial reports; develop budgets and forecast initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Champion guest services and handle escalated guest feedback with professionalism and speed.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote the property and grow local memberships.
• Represent Gravity Haus in the local community and drive member engagement and retention.
• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
