Job summary

Gravity Haus is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the hotel’s operations, guest experiences, and financial performance in a boutique, adventure-inspired environment. The role requires leading a team, managing budgets, and driving membership growth while upholding Gravity Haus values.

The GM will collaborate with marketing, sales, and local partners to promote the property, deliver exceptional service, and ensure community engagement through events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as GM or senior hotel leader.
• Experience in boutique/lifestyle hotels; wellness or F&B a plus.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
• Monitor revenue targets, costs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a cohesive team.
• Champion guest service and handle complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive memberships and events.
• Represent Gravity Haus in the local community and events.
• Oversee facility maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Track KPIs for membership growth, event quality, operations, and satisfaction.
