Job summary

Gravity Haus Breckenridge is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead Food & Beverage operations, drive financial performance, and mentor a high-performing team. The GM will collaborate with the Executive Chef, F&B Managers, and the Hotel GM to align lodging, guest service, and amenities with Gravity Haus standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management leadership in an upscale, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership acumen to align culture, standards, and strategy.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; build relationships.
• Ability to develop and empower talent across the team lifecycle.
• Experience with annual revenue over $3M per location.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and budgets.
• Deep experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven success building high-expectation service programs in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for F&B at Gravity Haus Breckenridge.
• Lead forecasting and re-forecasting across revenue and expense lines.
• Identify incremental revenue through private dining, events, and partnerships.
• Control costs via COGS, labor optimization, and efficiency.
• Lead monthly financial reviews and ensure budget compliance.
• Oversee F&B managers and collaborate with Executive Chef on menus.
