Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as General Manager in hospitality.
• Hilton brand experience is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent budgeting, P&L analysis and forecasting skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations with the management team across all functions including team, maintenance, sales and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to optimize profitability and align with business goals.
• Set strategic goals, recruit and develop talent, and retain high-performing associates.
• Control labor and general expenses while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, sales/marketing, facility standards and financial outcomes.
• Oversee HR activities: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness to meet quality standards across the property.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to protect property integrity.
