Peachtree Group Hospitality Management seeks a General Manager for Spark - San Jose Airport to lead hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team. You will manage P&L, partner with regional revenue, and implement strategic plans aligned with brand standards.

The role requires prior GM or senior operations/ sales leadership in major brands, with a focus on profitability, team development, and community involvement.

Competenze

• Leadership to manage all departments and drive service culture.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required.
• Experience as hotel general manager or in hotel operations/sales leadership.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets and analyze P&L with regional teams.
• Optimize revenues (room, F&B, etc.) to maximize profitability.
• Lead training, coaching and retention of top talent.
