The role requires P&L oversight, labor scheduling, inventory control, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. You will mentor District leadership and build a pipeline of future leaders while maintaining compliance and safety.

Formación

• Must have 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year of management experience.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, including financials, labor, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall restaurant performance across sales, people, operations, and controllable profit.
• Manage restaurant P&L, including revenue, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Monitor performance trends and take proactive action to address gaps.
