You will manage day-to-day operations, coach teams, and foster a collaborative culture while delivering growth through local marketing and KPI-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail.
• Strong leadership to develop teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Solid financial acumen with experience tracking KPIs (sales, labor, food cost, waste).
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; warm and approachable.
• Hands-on leadership; willing to bake or serve guests when needed.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between locations.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own bakery performance including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team culture.
• Identify and resolve daily operational challenges to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment reflecting Fresh Baguette standards.
• Lead daily bakery operations across front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Drive sales through local marketing and community engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve growth.
• Optimize labor, inventory, and production to minimize waste.
• Set service culture and hospitality standards; ensure guest delight.
• Lead by example with warmth and charisma to inspire staff and customers.
