Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year of management experience.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, including financials, labor, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance across sales, people, operations, and controllable profit.
• Manage the restaurant P&L, including revenue, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals, manage costs, and drive profitability.
• Oversee labor scheduling to balance business needs and team experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage product ordering and receiving.
• Lead by example in all restaurant areas during peak periods.
