Bagel Brands is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations with a hands-on, “treat it like you own it” approach. You will oversee all aspects from daily sales to guest experience, with a focus on training and developing staff, inventory, and scheduling in a one-shift model.

Training spans five weeks to prepare you for success. The role emphasizes P&L awareness, cost goals, and labor targets, along with recruiting top talent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years GM or Assistant GM experience in a restaurant setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Experience with P&L analysis is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a hands-on, owner mindset.
• Ensure audit readiness, catering/mobile/in-store orders, and exceptional guest experience.
• Close and prep for the next day; manage deposits and daily admin tasks.
