Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to drive store performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage professional customer relationships, and ensure inventory rigor while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires 50–55 hours per week with rotating nights and weekends. ASE certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred, and compensation includes the opportunity for sales commissions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• ASE certification preferred but not required, valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and safety compliance
