Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Proven profitability management experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ASE certification optional.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Grow Professional Customer relationships and develop action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Lead safety, floor, and store operations as on-duty manager.
