Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to inspire our team, grow professional customer relationships, and drive store performance with integrity. The role requires 50–55 hours per week with a rotating schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and managing profitability. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree and ASE certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team in fast-paced retail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage Professional Customer relationships and guide action plans.
• Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop Team Members.
• Oversee inventory, store operations, and safety standards.
• Manager on duty duties including coaching, floor and phone management.
