Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a General Manager to inspire the team, grow professional customer relationships, and drive store performance with integrity. The role requires strong knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY services, plus the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues for project support.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships, including coaching, action plans, and accountability.
• Recruiting, hiring, development, performance mgmt., coaching, scheduling and engagement of store team members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Coach team members to deliver on customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Manager on duty responsibilities (coaching, floor/phone mgmt, tasks, safety, open/close).
• Lead change management and embrace diversity to foster a respectful environment.
• Provide DIY service such as battery installation and wiper installation, etc.
• Assist District/Region in other functions when requested.
