Shift Auto Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead two growing automotive operations: ReCar Halifax and Wonder Auto Lower Sackville. You will drive overall performance, profitability, and growth, building strong teams and creating a culture where people and performance align.

You’ll focus on customer opportunity management and inventory performance, coaching leaders to maximize results while spending time with teams to solve problems and optimize processes.

Qualificações

• Must have proven GM-level leadership in automotive retail.
• Ability to grow two dealership-like operations and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record of driving profitability and customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee two automotive operations (ReCar Halifax & Wonder Auto Lower Sackville).
• Lead fixed operations, customer experience, and people development.
• Coach leaders, remove roadblocks, and ensure daily processes execution.
