Job summary

Modern Life is hiring a General Manager to build and lead the Workspace business. You will report to the CEO, own its P&L, and drive sales, implementation, and client relationships.

The role requires working closely with clients, product, and engineering to translate needs into capabilities that win business and deliver results. You will hire and lead the team as the business scales and report progress to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a business, business line, or new commercial initiative as a GM, founder, or early operator.
• Strong commercial track record, including revenue responsibility and selling to senior enterprise leaders.
• Product-management or business-operations experience, collaborating with product/engineering when customer needs evolve.
• Ability to take engagements from discovery to implementation and demonstrate value delivered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workspace business with accountability for revenue, pricing, delivery costs, and financial performance.
• Lead enterprise sales: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Determine target clients/use cases and refine positioning, pricing, and packaging.
