Qualifications

• 15+ years in SaaS/enterprise software or collaboration tech
• At least 7 years in senior GTM or general management with $100M+ ARR ownership
• Proven experience reporting to CEO/C-suite/Board
• Deep understanding of hybrid workplace tech and enterprise buying behaviors
• Demonstrated ability to scale cross-functional GTM teams and develop senior talent
• Strong command of direct and indirect GTM models including channel ecosystems and SMB to enterprise
• Technical fluency to engage with product/engineering on roadmap and AI differentiation
• Experience working with Salesforce and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace and translate AI-first vision into growth plans
• Own competitive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motions for the Workplace portfolio
• Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across global customer base focusing on ARR and retention
• Partner with Geo Sales Leadership to localize Workplace strategies and enable field execution
• Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to influence the roadmap and drive adoption
• Champion AI integration across Workplace products and differentiation via AI capabilities
• Establish and track KPIs across revenue, ARR, pipeline velocity, win rates, and market share
• Build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of sellers, engineers, and BD professionals
• Represent Workplace to CEO, executive staff, and Board with data-driven narratives
