Job summary
Sensiba LLP is seeking a Product Manager for Workspace to drive vision, strategy, and execution. You will partner with engineers, business leaders, and stakeholders across the firm to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
Workspace is our AI-enabled platform transforming delivery workflows; you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and help adoption of new capabilities while measuring success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- Experience with SaaS, technology, or B2B software.
- Experience in professional services or regulated industries preferred.
- Strong discovery, research, and customer interviewing skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps and priorities.
- Identify business opportunities, user needs, and areas for innovation with stakeholders.
- Lead data-driven prioritization and investment sequencing.
- Define product requirements and guide release planning.
- Coordinate between product teams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and business impact with metrics.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate planning and operational workflows.
- Ensure governance and quality of AI-generated outputs.
