Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with GTM or product leadership.
• Proven ability to grow revenue while protecting retention.
• Strong commercial instincts and governance of a platform.
• Experience selling to or working with nonprofits is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM+ product vision and roadmap.
• Lead AI-native transformation across the platform.
• Partner with engineering to align investments to KPIs.
• Define GTM strategies for new logo acquisition and expansion.
• Own CRM+ P&L and report to leadership.
