Job summary

Virtuous is seeking a General Manager for CRM+ to own the full business strategy, health, and growth of our flagship fundraising and donor management platform. You will steer product vision, drive AI-native innovation, and align GTM, pricing, and partnerships to expand logo acquisition, upsell, and retention.

You will lead a cross-functional product team and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver measurable outcomes and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with GTM or product leadership
• Proven ability to grow revenue while protecting retention
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to diagnose pipeline issues
• Experience in platform-based, integrations- and ecosystem-thinking
• Experience with or selling to nonprofits or mission-driven organizations is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead through influence in a mature, autonomous business

Responsibilities

• Own CRM+ product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy
• Lead AI-native transformation and ensure API/agentic access to capabilities
• Define GTM motion, pricing, and packaging for a growing platform
• Partner with CRO, Marketing, and Sales to drive pipeline and expansion
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve customer health and retention
• Represent CRM+ externally at industry events and in media
