Job summary

Virtuous is seeking a General Manager to own the CRM+ business, drive growth, and navigate the AI-native transformation. You will steer strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver retention and revenue while building trust with customers.

You'll partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to advance an open, headless platform and define GTM, pricing, and partnerships that scale with our nonprofit customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS with GTM or product strategy background.
• Proven ability to grow revenue while protecting retention.
• Strong commercial instincts to diagnose pipeline and retention issues.
• Experience operating a platform business with integrations and ecosystems.
• Experience with nonprofits, higher education, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
• Exceptional communicator (writing, on Zoom, and on stage).
• Comfortable leading through influence with dotted-line authority.
• Bias for action while running a mature business and pushing innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and long-term roadmap for CRM+, including evolving into open, AI-native foundation.
• Champion AI-native architecture and ensure AI tools access via APIs and AI tools.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize CRM capabilities, NLP analytics, and AI features.
• Serve as voice of the customer to ground roadmap decisions in real workflows.
• Set and track product KPIs linking investment to retention and revenue growth.
• Define GTM motion, ICP, pricing/packaging for a maturing platform.
• Partner with CRO, VP Marketing, and sales to set targets and remove friction across buyer journey.
• Lead platform growth strategy and cross-sell across Virtuous ecosystem.
• Develop strategic partnerships to accelerate distribution and retention.
• Be a public-facing voice for CRM+ at events and in media.
