Job summary

Virtuous in Phoenix is seeking a General Manager for CRM+ to own the full business and drive growth while maintaining customer trust.

You will focus on health, innovation, and revenue through new logos, expansion in the existing base, and retention, while steering the platform toward AI-native architecture.

This role offers high autonomy, a clear path to triple revenue, and the backing of an established platform leader.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with exposure to GTM, product strategy, or general management of a scaled software product.
• Proven ability to grow revenue while protecting or improving retention.
• Strong commercial instincts to diagnose pipeline and retention issues and design fixes across product, pricing and GTM.
• Experience operating a platform business with integrations, ecosystems, and partner/developer motions.

Responsibilities

• Own the health, innovation, and growth of the core CRM+ business.
• Drive new logo acquisition, expansion within the existing base, and retention.
• Lead the product team and push the transformation toward an AI-native architecture.
• Operate with autonomy and influence across sales, engineering, support, marketing.
