Virtuous is seeking a General Manager to own CRM+ full lifecycle, driving growth and transformation towards an AI-native, headless platform. You will lead the product, GTM, and business strategy for the CRM+ suite used by thousands of nonprofits, balancing expansion with customer trust.

You will manage a mature business with high autonomy, set strategic direction, and partner with executive leadership to accelerate ARR while preserving retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with GTM or product strategy exposure.
• Proven ability to grow revenue while protecting retention.
• Strong commercial instincts and customer-focused thinking.
• Experience operating a platform business with integrations and ecosystems.
• Experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills across written, Zoom, and in-person.
• Ability to influence and lead through clarity rather than formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM+ roadmap and long-term vision, including AI-native and headless architecture.
• Define and refine GTM motions, ICP, pricing, and packaging for a maturing platform.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales to drive growth.
• Be the voice of the customer, grounding decisions in real fundraising workflows.
• Own CRM+ P&L and drive ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline and customer health targets.
• Represent CRM+ at industry events and in strategic partnerships.
