Domino's Pizza in Evansville, IN is seeking a store manager responsible for all activities at the store location. You will oversee cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations, leading by example to maintain profitability and high service standards.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in the restaurant/food service industry, and you will be supported by a paid training program, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising or managing in a restaurant/food service environment is required.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens at your store. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability and customer relations. You must set the example.
• You must follow all company policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
• Additional responsibilities include: staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness and local store marketing.
• Must work well with team members and other store management.
