Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced store, drive guest experiences, and keep the team energized.

You will oversee daily operations including inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and food safety, while driving sales, profitability, and brand standards. You’ll recruit, train, and develop team members, creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for both guests and partners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
• QSR experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
