Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a facility supervisor for the Mid-Ozark site in Lebanon, MO, to drive operating efficiency and cost savings in line with company policy.

You will lead a team, manage work orders, oversee inventory, ensure safety training, and communicate with customers. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to procedures within the MFA culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture/fertilizer industry.
• Mechanical ability.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude with patrons and other employees.
• Responsible for timely application of work orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding status of work orders.
• Responsible for ensuring all DOT drivers are trained and records are up to date.
• Communicate daily with plant employees regarding goals for the day and provide feedback on their performance.
• Ensure all necessary safety training and recordkeeping is being conducted.
• Maintain adequate supply, quality control, and minimum shrinkage.
• Oversee inventory and ensure inventory records are accurate.
