MFA Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team at Mid-Ozark. You will work with the General Manager to run daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while supporting customers and stepping in when the GM is away.

We value growth through cross-training and a strong team spirit, with opportunities to contribute to agribusiness solutions and community support.

Qualifications

• Agriculture background is helpful.
• Mechanical ability is helpful.
• Overtime availability including weekends as needed.
• Physical strength to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).

You’ll help keep the plant running safely and efficiently, support customers, and lead operations when the General Manager is away. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
