Responsibilities

• Manage the Mid-Ozark facility in Lebanon, MO to achieve maximum operating efficiency and savings.
• Maintain safety training and recordkeeping; ensure DOT drivers are trained and records up to date.
• Communicate with customers and plant staff; monitor work orders and daily goals.
• Oversee inventory, supply, quality control, and shrinkage; ensure records are accurate.
• Lead a team and provide feedback on performance; ensure policies are followed.
