Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Manager to work alongside the General Manager at the Mid-Ozark plant. You will help run daily operations, support customers, and lead operations in the GM's absence, all while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to agri-service excellence within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Agriculture background (helpful).
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Mechanical ability (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to run daily operations at Mid-Ozark plant.
• Help keep the plant running safely and efficiently.
• Support customers and lead operations when the General Manager is away.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
