Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Salisbury, MO seeks a hands-on location operations helper to support daily duties and ensure efficient workflow. You will assist in maintenance of equipment, quality checks, and inventory control in a fast-paced agricultural setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and optional CDL or prior agricultural/mechanical experience. This role requires physical endurance and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet busy periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to maneuver product and equipment weighing 50–100 pounds.
• Overtime availability, including weekends as needed.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Agricultural or mechanical experience helpful.
• CDL (helpful)
