Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Lebanon, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and run daily operations at Mid-Ozark. You’ll help keep the plant safe, efficient, and customer-focused.

You’ll lead when the GM is away, support team members, and participate in cross-training to grow within Agri-Service areas. MFA offers competitive benefits and opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Agriculture background (helpful).
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Mechanical ability (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running daily plant operations at Mid-Ozark.
• Help keep the plant running safely and efficiently and support customers.
• Lead operations when the General Manager is away.
