Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Lebanon, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager in running daily operations at Mid-Ozark. You’ll help keep the plant safe, efficient, and customer-focused, stepping in to lead operations when the GM is away.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Agriculture background is helpful.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and operate light mechanical tasks.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends when needed.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running daily operations at Mid-Ozark.
• Help keep the plant running safely and efficiently and support customers.
• Lead operations when the General Manager is away.
• Participate in cross-training to grow skills across Agri-Service areas.
