MFA Incorporated in Salisbury, NC is seeking an operations-focused individual to help manage daily location duties and drive maximum efficiency. You will oversee equipment, inventory, and quality control in a hands-on role to support our agricultural customers.

We value growth through cross-training and teamwork, offering benefits and opportunities to develop basic computer skills while helping farmers and ranchers in our communities.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Agricultural experience (helpful).
• Mechanical experience (helpful).
• CDL (helpful); availability to work overtime (including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily responsibilities of the location to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and perform quality control.
• Maintain proper inventory levels per company policies.
