Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Lewisville, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and guest experiences. You will drive local restaurant marketing, monitor Profit and Loss results, and keep the restaurant at the top of its game through effective team leadership and training.

You will oversee the restaurant management team, foster performance, engagement, and professional development, and coordinate community connections and fundraising activities. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities
