Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to create legendary experiences for guests while leading the restaurant management team. You will drive local marketing, monitor Profit & Loss results, and ensure the operation stays at the top of its game.

You will oversee performance, engagement, and training initiatives and also manage community connections and fundraising activities. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and strong financial stewardship within a fast-paced dining

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of restaurant management experience, including prior General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train/develop team.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
