Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest experiences, and maximize Profit and Loss performance.

You will oversee the management team, implement training programs, and coordinate local marketing while driving community involvement and fundraising initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership, labor-law compliance, safety, and a passion for training and developing staff.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience with supervising and developing teams; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
