Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and deliver legendary guest experiences in Opelika, Alabama.

You will oversee the restaurant management team, drive local marketing, analyze Profit and Loss results, and ensure top performance through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives. You will also direct community connection and fundraising activities, manage labor costs, uphold health and safety standards, and champion continuous improvement while supporting

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety practices.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performance team.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
