Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Danvers, MA to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bar Staff and service teams, partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest engagement.

The role focuses on people development, operational execution, and guest experience, with clear paths for advancement, paid time off, and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and develop your team.

Responsibilities

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Salary: $55,700 - $83,550 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
