Job summary

Harri in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with our General Manager and run a busy restaurant, both front of house and back of house. You will lead with a smile, drive guest service, and uphold standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in high-volume restaurant management, strong financial skills, and the ability to develop people. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience leading teams of 15+ employees
• Strong background in customer service management
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Sharp financial management skills
• Precision and consistency in following recipes, processes and systems
• Strong organization and prioritization; multitasking ability

• Age 21+, with a High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Strong organization and prioritization; you're a natural multitasker
• The ability to take direction and delegate with confidence
• Strong communication skills with a diverse team; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience with Windows, MS Office, Toast and OpenTable and inventory control systems is a plus
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
• Age 21+, with a High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs. and stand for 8+ hours
