Job summary

Harri is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run a busy restaurant, partnering with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest service and strong financial results.

You will oversee both front of house and back of house, coach a 25+ person team, and ensure operations meet brand standards. Evening/weekend availability and a 21+ age requirement apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience leading teams of 25+ employees.
• Statistical and operational forecasting experience preferred.
• Strong background in customer service management.

NOW HIRING: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

We're looking for a professional, dependable and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to partner with our General Manager and help run a restaurant built on excellent guest service and high-quality dining. You'll thrive under pressure, lead with a smile, and help set the standard every shift. You'll share responsibility for the store's performance, from leading and motivating the team to managing the numbers.

What You'll Do

• Run the whole restaurant, front of house and back of house

What You Bring

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience leading teams of 25+ employees, with a track record of developing people into bigger roles
• A strong background in customer service management
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Sharp financial management skills
• Precision and consistency in following recipes, processes and systems
• Strong organization and prioritization; you're a natural multitasker
• The ability to take direction and delegate with confidence
• Strong communication skills with a diverse team; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience with Windows, MS Office, Toast and OpenTable and inventory control systems is a plus
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
• Age 21+, with a High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs. and stand for 8+ hours
