Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Hayward, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment. You will oversee financials, inventory, staffing, and guest service to ensure top quality and consistent performance.

The role requires 1-2 years in leadership and food service, a high school diploma, strong references, and a willingness to work opening and closing shifts. A ServeSafe certification is a plus, with quarterly cash bonuses offered.

• Typically work both opening and closing shifts each week: Morning shift 8:00am - 4:00pm; Afternoon shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
