Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel and lead on delivering exceptional guest service.
• Recruit, train, develop, and coach team members to excel in their career growth.
• Deliver on key business metrics: quality, service, profitability, and team performance.
• Assist in developing an annual operating budget and ensure the hotel meets or exceeds expectations.
• Model quality assurance best practices and continuously improve operations.
