Job summary

Hartung Glass is seeking a General Manager/VP to drive operations, sales and front-office activities with a strong focus on growth. The role requires 5–10 years in senior P&L leadership and a proven track record of expanding sales, preferably within glass or related building materials industries.

You will lead a hands-on team, emphasize safety and a positive employee culture, and contribute to long-term success in a decentralized, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of VP or GM experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Hands-on leader who has run operations, sales and front office.
• Proven track record of sales growth, preferably in glass/building materials.
• Experience in a decentralized, entrepreneurial work environment is a plus.

Requirements

• Track record of positive results in a VP or GM role for 5 to 10 years
• 5 years prior full P&L responsibility
• Experience running an operations team, sales team, front office, etc.
• Experience in the glass industry preferred. We'll also consider candidates from building materials or construction industry.
• Proven track record of sales growth
• A hands-on leader that values and delivers world class safety, positive employee culture, and fanatical customer satisfaction results.
